- General Provisions All devices sold by Ganesh are classified as Pre-owned or Activated units. By purchasing from this website, the customer agrees that once an Invoice is generated, the order is non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Shipping and Risk Delivery is estimated between 7 to 14 days. All products include mandatory insurance coverage protecting against loss, theft, or destruction during transit.
- Exchange Policy Exchange requests are processed within a window of 14-21 days. To qualify for an exchange, the customer must provide a continuous, uncut video recording of the unboxing and checking process. Approval is at the sole discretion of the administration.
- Warranty Disclaimer
- Brand Warranty: Where a device carries an existing Brand Warranty, the customer agrees to seek all services and support from the Brand Authorized Service Center. Ganesh assumes no liability for manufacturer warranty claims.
- Limited Store Warranty: For devices covered by Store Warranty, coverage is strictly limited to hardware malfunctions.
- Battery Health: Coverage applies only if the system explicitly indicates “Mandatory Service Required.”
- Exclusions: Warranty is immediately voided in the event of physical damage, mishandling, or water damage.
- Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from this purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- Taxation This sale is made in accordance with Rule 32 R.W.S Section 15 of the CGST Act, 2017 regarding the sale of second-hand goods.
